New Arrivals

From the MusicXRay Box comes:

"Crawling" by Zak Smith - Chosen for THE REY KING SHOW
This song starts out with a driving rhythm and bouncy melody but Zak's gravelly vocals offer a great counter punch that'll hit yer happy place. It all adds up to the kind of fun song I want on the radio when I'm driving to the beach this summer. - Rey King

"Dust" by MaHA - Chosen for THIRD STONE

"Proper Medication" by Bethany Heights - Chosen for THE REY KING SHOW

"Ballad For The Dreamers" by Charlywood - Chosen for THE REY KING SHOW

"My Life, My Tattoo" by Steve Mulry - Chosen for THE PIRATE'S BALL

"French Letter" by Jethou - Chosen for THE PIRATE'S BALL

All of these tracks are in regular rotation right now! From your basement to the world! Keep sending in music, we'll keep playing it.

If there were a record for the most trivial NME appearance, this might win. But then I am forgetting the 50 billion Macca mentions. "McCartney to trim fingernails. Could toenails be far behind?" - NME.

JJ Cale wouldn't make the deal

As much as it pains me to talk about it, the are cases where artists have too much personal fortitude for me to overcome. they refuse to sign up for a life of personal fame and glory in exchange for their everlasting soul. These very few I like to call suckers. They toil away and never get the recognition or fortune they deserve. Suckers.

JJ Cale is in this camp. Eric Clapton…
